David DuBose - Partner

Mr. DuBose has over 30 years of experience working across the supply chain. He has held executive positions in industry and consulting. He is deeply experienced in transforming supply chains through people, process and technology changes. He is an expert in large-scale program management and change leadership. Mr. DuBose is noted for his ability to drive to critical insights and recommendations through fact-based analysis and a deep understanding of core business issues. He has worked in the supply chain management space for small, medium and large organizations in specialty/branded retail, discount retail, consumer products, high-tech electronics, wholesale general merchandise, consumer goods, industrial products, natural resources and chemicals industries. He has also served clients domestically (N. America) as well as internationally (Europe, Middle East and Asia).


William O’Brien - Partner

Mr. O’Brien has over 30 years of experience working across the supply chain. He has held executive positions in both industry and consulting. He helped to lead the development of the supply chain for a major retailer during a period of rapid growth, from $35 billion to $50 billion in revenue as well as expanded it into omni-channel fulfillment. Mr. O’Brien has worked in the supply chain for large and small organizations in the retail, branded apparel manufacturing, foodservice, consumer packaged goods, technology manufacturing, grocery and convenience store industries. He successfully grew a mid-sized family owned supply chain consulting firm by over 50%, expanded its markets, improved its pricing, reengineered its sales and business development organization and created career paths and professional growth for its associates.  

Tom Clements – Senior Advisor

Mr. Clements is an industry veteran and focuses on supply chain operations with clients that understand the value of logistics. He is experienced with developing and implementing supply chain models to enhance performance, streamline operations, including 3PL outsourcing decisions and implementations. As a senior executive at LBrands, Mr. Clements devised and implemented the international roadmap for L Brands' expansion into new markets across multiple continents. He was responsible for global logistics, P & L and performance metrics for all of the company’s retail brands. He was also responsible for 7 distributions centers and 2 shipping centers that supplied 3,500 stores and millions of direct channel customers. In his capacity as a consultant, Mr. Clements’ clients include Marc Fisher Footwear, Nine West Holdings, Jeni's Ice Cream,, Green Growth Brands, The Craftory Group.

Dennis Heppner – Senior Advisor

Dennis Heppner is a nearly 30-year veteran of supply chain and logistics. Specifically, Heppner has worked for two large and two mid-size 3PLs in operations, engineering solutions, and business development roles. He has consulted clients across various industries on 3PL evaluation and selection in distribution and transportation operations. Mr. Heppner has also worked directly with 3PL clients in identifying operational improvements and growth opportunities. Heppner takes a pragmatic, analytically driven approach that is rigorous, thorough and focused on outcomes that are mutually beneficial for all parties involved.

Chris Lange – Senior Advisor

Mr. Lange has over 30 years of experience working in Supply chain management in the process manufacturing industries. He led the Global Supply Chain Management Practice for Natural Resources (Chemicals, Forest Products, Metals, Mining and Construction Materials) for Accenture. He has worked in supply chain management for medium and large organizations in the process industries as well as other industries including, retail, consumer products, high-tech electronics, industrial products and pharmaceuticals. He has served clients domestically (N. America) as well as internationally (Europe, Middle East and Asia). Early in his career, Mr. Lange owned and operated a Domestic and International Air Freight Forwarding business as well as a domestic long-haul trucking company. He has worked on both sides of the coin (carrier and shipper) and is uniquely qualified to lead efforts for both. He grew up overseas (Africa, S. America, and Europe) and speaks German and some French.

William Miller – Senior Advisor

Mr. Miller is a proven transportation and logistics leader with over 30 years of experience working across multiple supply chain disciplines and industries. He has held management and executive positions in both industry and consulting. His transportation expertise includes truck, marine, air freight, and pipeline, with especially broad and deep experience in rail transportation.  Having worked as railroad manager, rail shipper, and rail consultant in the U.S. and Canada as well as internationally (Europe, Middle East, South America, Africa, Oceana, Asia), he has unique insights and relevant know-how. He has led transportation and logistics improvements and infrastructure projects for consumer products, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, natural resources, infrastructure, energy and chemicals companies.  He has relevant project experience ranging from plant and terminal operations improvement and infrastructure design and implementation to network and corporate strategy development.

Suresh Patel – Senior Advisor

Mr. Patel is a long-term supply chain executive with progressive experience in the creation and delivery of supply chain solutions for the multi-channel retail industry. He has a demonstrated track record of providing thought leadership and driving strategic and operational change initiatives to enhance holistic SC capabilities/capacities as well as building infrastructure to support growth, improve customer service and optimize end-to-end costs. Patel is effective at leveraging executive-level experience in both consulting and industry to implement best practices and develop change agendas. Mr. Patel is experienced in leading a world-class logistics and import/export infrastructure capitalizing on fact-based analytics, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes.

Kevin Perry – Senior Advisor

Mr. Perry is a logistics and transportation professional, with 25-plus years of relevant industry experience, including almost 20 combined years with the world’s largest retailer and 2nd-largest home improvement retailer, including budget responsibilities of $900-plus Million annually. Perry has a proven track record of developing successful, sustainable transportation programs, 3PL/logistics partnerships, and corporate teams that control expenses, improve on-time service, and ensure that sufficient carrier capacity is in place to handle year-round needs, including seasonal volume surges. Over the course of his career, Perry led initiatives that generated overall company expense reductions of greater than $800 Million while also improving service and securing capacity with outstanding service providers.

Mr. Tracy is a talented international logistics executive who has held positions with international carriers, shippers and global logistics providers.
