Mr. O’Brien has over 30 years of experience working across the supply chain. He has held executive positions in both industry and consulting. He helped to lead the development of the supply chain for a major retailer during a period of rapid growth, from $35 billion to $50 billion in revenue as well as expanded it into omni-channel fulfillment. Mr. O’Brien has worked in the supply chain for large and small organizations in the retail, branded apparel manufacturing, foodservice, consumer packaged goods, technology manufacturing, grocery and convenience store industries. He successfully grew a mid-sized family owned supply chain consulting firm by over 50%, expanded its markets, improved its pricing, reengineered its sales and business development organization and created career paths and professional growth for its associates.
Mr. Clements is an industry veteran and focuses on supply chain operations with clients that understand the value of logistics. He is experienced with developing and implementing supply chain models to enhance performance, streamline operations, including 3PL outsourcing decisions and implementations. As a senior executive at LBrands, Mr. Clements devised and implemented the international roadmap for L Brands' expansion into new markets across multiple continents. He was responsible for global logistics, P & L and performance metrics for all of the company’s retail brands. He was also responsible for 7 distributions centers and 2 shipping centers that supplied 3,500 stores and millions of direct channel customers. Dennis Heppner is a nearly 30-year veteran of supply chain and logistics. Specifically, Heppner has worked for two large and two mid-size 3PLs in operations, engineering solutions, and business development roles. Early in his career, Mr. Lange owned and operated a Domestic and International Air Freight Forwarding business as well as a domestic long-haul trucking company. America, and Europe) and speaks German and some French.
